No alias used here, service man came out replaced a $15.00 capacitor Invoiced showed 59 minutes from time he arrived till he left, I was gouged for $395.00, If you would like to be overcharged, and then given lame excuses, as to why you were over charged call Maddox 59 minutes is 59 minutes minus the part that's $380.00 labor

Outlandish billing and a very don't care attitude from management.
They only good thing about them is lady who talked with me over the phone. she was very warm and helpful. But other than that I will not be using them anymore or recommending them to friends
$900 dollars to repair a leaking yard faucet and replace a toilet is extreme to me. 
And only after I paid over $600 for on my original invoice and somehow got another charge of $220 almost 3 weeks later regarding the same repair (I will not be paying that)
And my faucet still leaks but I will have to pay someone else to repair it because Im sure they will find out away to charge me some more..
