Dr. Madion his nurse were great.  This is the 4th time he has pulled one of my teeth. Got the intervenous in the first time, every time, which no other place can seem to do.  I've never had a problem of any kind after the tooth removals.  He was very kind.  I didn't have much conversation with front support staff so can not judge on that.

Dr was wonderful! Explained everything, had IV in and was drifting away before I knew it. No time to be nervous. Did a great job. Staff told me over and over to come back in to get looked at free of charge if I had any questions.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. The doctor was great but the nurses and the receptionists were cold and very very rude. I had got dry sockets and they were very mean when I went in to get my gums packed. They basically told me to suck up the pain and basically that I was faking all the pain. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I never write reviews.  I would give them a 0 star if it would let me. However this has really bothered me. I have never been treated with such disrespect from people I am giving business too. Those receptionist are just awful. Rude, Disrepectful the whole 9 yards. I do not understand how a place of business such as this could have people like that dealing with customers on a daily business. 
On the other side the nurses and doctor that specifically dealt with my husband were very kind and helpful in explaining my husbands procedure. 
But because of my experience with those people at the desk, we will never go here again, and I would not recommend this place for anyone, they were that bad.

The doctors were nice and pretty informative when it came to explaining the procedure for my wisdom teeth removal, but the receptionists are very rude and degrading which makes for an unpleasant phone conversation. It's hard to keep the conversation professional when being talked to with a negative attitude.
