The front office staff is wonderful, however, if you require a climate controlled unit you should be aware that it will be your responsibility to make sure your climate controlled unit is actually being climate controlled. Section 31. of the Rental agreement states: "Occupant releases Owner and its respective agents, employees and affiliates from all liability for damage to stored property from fluctuations in temperature or humidity from any cause (this part is important) including the negligence of the Owner or its respective agents, employees or affiliates." No notification will be sent to inform you that your property is no longer climate controlled. Hopefully no one else finds out due to property damage like I did.

We have used this company many times over the past 6 years for both storage and truck rental.  We have never been disappointed.  Very highly recommend!
