This is by far the slums of Rensselaer Indiana. Cops always up here, broken things dont get fixed promptly, and above all, the shadiest landlord/owner i have ever expierenced. 
I first moved from a one bedroom to a 2 bed room after being in my one bed room for 2 years. I had a little extra in rent built up as I rounded up my rent. When came time to move, they took all my deposit for damages that we there when i took over the lease from the previous tennant AND they took the $50 I had surplus in over payment of rent. WTF. 
NOW
I got a job promotion and have to relocate to another town. So found someone who can afford and take over the last 6 months of my lease, went to the office lady and she said you can't and we will sue you for the remainder of your lease. So me as an american cant help out another american get an apartment without being sued? Madison Cottage you might as well wave your confederate flag, become Nazis, or do what ever your unamerican ass do because you are not small town friendly and are definatley not american. #sheesh

This place is a Joke!!! they have rules!! some rules are ok but the one's they have are stupid!!! You can not drink alcohol outside even in your back yard!! that is stupid!! then you have to tell them when someone is staying over night!!! they can screw off!! they have a quite hour too!! and you can only have 2 lawn chairs outside!!!!
