They are frustrating... I'm still waiting on my case working to fax me my info. I called almost a week ago, then twice yesterday and things are still not done. They give me aniexty! Geez! They only person I've interacted with that acts like they love there job is Brittany. But to be continued...... How many times do I have to call?

I have been calling for months trying to get my case handled. My case worker continues to give me the run around and I'm frustrated at this point. I have given up at this point. They are lazy and make things way harder than it has to be.. smh

Whoever picked up the phone didn't sound to please to be there and had the nerve to hang up on me. How is a father supposed to prove his worthiness if a worker from DHS doesn't perform his/her task?
