The Madison County Library is one of only 8 independent libraries in the state. It currently has 5,846 registered patrons, 32,000 books in the collection and averages 500 people visits per week. The card catalog and circulation systems are computerized for maximum efficiency. Videos, DVD's, books on tape and CD's, fax and copy service, and computer and wireless access are part of routine services that we are proud to offer.
