I love this place. Mckell, James and Kevin were super super super super helpful. This store has amazing customer service. I'm not from the Bay Area, but I will stop by Therapy every time I visit. Maybe more than once. We've been here now 3 times on this trip alone!

Horrible customer service!! The 2 people working at the store were looking at instagram the entire time. Clearly you don't work that hard. If I could give 0 stars I would.
