This apartment has major heating problems. Their heater stop working every week. And they can't  seem to fix the root of the issue. Sometimes two to three times a week. So if you want to be cold during the winter months, then move here.

The complex is quiet and spacious. But the air conditioner is not sufficient for the living room, let alone the entire apartment. During the summer I would leave the air conditioner on for several days and after so long it stops and just blows the fan. Leaving it on constantly will only bring the temperature down to around 84 degrees. The electric bill increases from around $22/mo to $100/mo. The guy across the hall from me said he doesn't use it anymore because it is too expensive and doesn't cool the apartment. He said his apartment was around 90 degrees. The maintenance guy (who wasn't there for very long) said the units were the same as central air. They were unwilling to get bigger units or install central air. I would not recommend Madison Park for this reason alone.

They turned me down . I was accepted at a much better place .Glad I didn't move here.

For some reason Some don't particulary care for your Type. Just an observation.

This is just an update I was trying to move into this place never got it still would like to been trying for months plan on moving at the end of summer hopefully I get it
