I feel I need to address the review from Glenn Vaughn.  I represented a customer of his in defending a case he brought while he was doing business as Glenn Vaughn Restoration wherein the parties ultimately came to an agreement wherein the settlement was considerably less than what Glenn Vaughn was requesting.  For the allegations against Glenn Vaughn you can review the Kootenai County case CV11-8528.  I have never represented Glenn Vaughn and have only sued him which is why he wrote the false review.  As it is not my job to make the other side happy I give myself 5 stars.  My client received what he asked for and was happy.
As for Janet Bronowski, she failed to pay me for my services and I sued her for payment and she paid the account thereafter then wrote the review.  She was informed about the deed she signed and I fully informed her that the deed had nothing to do with anything as to her case as the law would treat the deed as invalid under the circumstances.  The parties settled their matter and she received everything she wanted.
