This establishment seemed to me very nice, cozy and warm, there is a European atmosphere, I was very pleased with the tablecloths on the tables that complement the style of the restaurant. The food was delicious and best of all, my check for 2 courses, 1 dessert and 2 sweet non-alcoholic cocktails was ONLY $ 88 . I will say that the portions were large and very satisfying, the only thing that surprised me was the lack of tea / coffee in the menu. The restaurant is large, several rooms plus a banquet hall, there is enough space for everyone! At the entrance they ask for a certificate of vaccination. I also want to note the pleasant music, it played not very loudly, but not quietly, creating a very comfortable environment for communicating with friends I recommend this place for a family dinner, a romantic dinner and for celebrating a birthday I liked a little detail in the restaurant, this is a corridor to the toilet, it felt like I was in some kind of hotel. By the way, parking was free. Nice place, right in the center of the city!
Go for the Gigi’s Butter cake. And go soon, the joint might be closing in a month or so. Don’t fill up on the warm bread. Do ask for the butter, it’s delicious. Pastas are good as expected. Flatbread wasn’t great though. Service was a little slow. Our waitress kept confusing the dishes in our order, but fixed them eventually. It was a good dinner overall.
Like the saying goes you get what you pay for. Doesn't really apply here. It's really well priced and also very yummy. You get more then what you paid for. I really do recommend this place over other fast-paced more common Italian restaurants. The atmosphere is also a plus. Makes you feel like you're driving out in little Italy NY. Enjoy!
Went there twice, once during an office outing and the other time with my wife after 6 months of marriage. We really liked the Salmon with Spinach and lemon. It was too good. I also tried their pasta, but I am not a big fan of pasta so can't comment on that. The place is big, the ambience makes you feel like you are in Italy. We also wanted to have Tiramisu for Dessert but they didn't have it at that time.
We were there to celebrate our special occasion. My friend had previously tried this restaurant and hence she recommended me to try their authentic Italian flavors. Although there was a waiting time I felt that in the end it was worth it. Beverly made me feel so special and took the celebration to a whole new level. I enjoyed all of the food, those were big portions and very tasty, we ordered marinara cheese, garlic bread, chef special soup, ravioli, red sauce pasta and also packed some pasta for home. Tiramisu at the end was cherry on the cake. I will definitely come back again just to taste your delicious food and get pampered with your wholesome hospitality. I was surprised that being a vegetarian I can enjoy so many varieties of dishes in a Italian restaurant. Thank you so much for making me feel special.
service is terrible. was there for 2 hours and took forever to receive our food. we came early so we wouldn’t miss the snowflake lane but ended up missing it. people kept trying to give us the wrong order when we said it wasn’t ours. when we got there our glasses for our water was all dirty. took forever just to receive water. Update: FOOD WAS COLD AND DRY!!!! lost a star. don’t recommend. they only took off the food for the ones that were dry and cold. which was 4/8. should take all of our stuff off. we had a terrible experience. no hate to our server she was very respectful and nice. Update Update: took all our food off expect our alcohol. so that’s fine.
The hosts are the only reason I’m giving 4 stars. We checked in on time for our 5pm reservation on Friday 3/11/22, & the hosts said it would be a few minutes to seat us. As we stood to the side, they sat several other guests that came in after us. It wasn’t until 5:25pm when we reminded them that we had a reservation, that they so rudely took us to a table, and treated us like we didn’t belong. Everything after that was perfect though. Our waitress, Courtney, was extremely kind and attentive. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. The Maggianos salad was very delicious, and the baked ziti has plenty to take home! Thank you Courtney for making our visit wonderful. I also loved how easy it was to access the restaurant from the hotel via the sky bridge! This area is very well connected and setup.
Not the same since COVID: I used to enjoy the occasional jaunt to Maggiano’s and indulge on the Marco’s meal for two. It hit the spot if you wanted a mound of pasta plus appetizer. The muscles used to taste fresh and the pasta used to have more flavor than a Stouffer’s microwave dinner. Though I was a regular years ago, sadly, my recent experience at Maggiano’s left me with stomach pains and a bitter taste of regret and sadness that a once reliably decent Americanized Italian chain could now be featured on Kitchen Nightmares. I ordered the once delicious muscles and was greeted with what tasted like week-old muscles in a Prego sauce mixed with chicken stock. My classic Ziti came to me with a patina, perhaps from sitting under a heat lamp for 30-45 mins, as dinner took an hour and a half to be served. I might not have minded the longer wait if I had been sipping on a beer in the meantime, though that took 30 mins as well—I wish I was exaggerating. It might be worth it to skip this spot and choose an Olive Garden or perhaps just stay in and order pasta from Domino’s instead. It would save you money and might even have the same amount of flavor.
I brought my husband tonight for his birthday and it was the greatest disappointment. We've been here many times and my husband has company dinners here. Tonight, was not enjoyable. First, the waiter brought the wrong drink for my husband and he had to go back to the bar to get it fixed. Then we waited an hour and half for our food to arrive after having made a 6pm reservation. I asked for chicken with my four cheese ravioli and got dried up pieces of inedible chicken. My son ordered the crispy chicken with broccoli and mashed potatoes for his kids meal and it is overcooked. My husband did not get his side of linguini pasta with his meal, instead they bought something with chicken in it then waited another 15 minutes for them to bring him buttered fetticini which is not what he asked for. The service was terrible and we've had to wait long periods in between our server coming to our table when we've seen him at the table in front of us many times. This is by far the worst experience we've had here and don't know that we'll be back.
I went there for my birthday dinner, the food and ambiance was fantastic. They were playing Frank Sinatra my favorite!! It was very romantic. I ordered classic bruschetta, spaghetti with meatballs, my husband ordered meat sauce marinara and we chose their special for a takeout on their classic menu only for $5. It wasn’t too disappointing. Only issue was the service, the waitress kept forgetting to bring us extra napkins and wasn’t too attentive. Other than that the experience was great!!
