Terrible customer service. I went in to pick up my items on the day they said it would be finished. The woman behind the counter was rude, told me I was the 7th person looking for their items that day and nothing had "come down" yet that day. I asked when she recommended I come back and she said after 3pm. I called at 4 (so as not to waste my time again) and she said my stuff wasn't there. Told me to call the "north store". I never even knew they had a north store, let alone why my stuff was there. She gave me a phone number to call. The phone rang and rang and no one ever answered. I took a pretty expensive purse to this place and now no one seems to be able to tell me where my stuff is, let alone when it might be done. This place is a joke.

Don't go to this place I took a wedding dress to them and they just put it in a bag and charged me 120 bucks to do absolutely nothing to it. Got it back still stiff as a board and musty.

Don't know how to iron collars.  Unless the shirts have button down collars the come back looking like something out of the 70s. 
Sometimes are not open during advertised hours.
Turn around is far too long
This business needs new management.
