Open review; take it as you may. I want all small business' to thrive, Q and Magic City included. Friendly guy and I wish him well. They offered to fix it and gave me a $75 gift card but I'll have to pass. I purchased the Elite Package for $225 (pictured) and paid an extra $60 for "wheel restoration" which put me at about $285. I dropped the car off: fast forward to when it was around the time for me to pick it up, I got a call stating it wasn't quite ready due to the paint touch ups taking a bit longer than anticipated - no problem, I told them take the extra day (I just wanted it to look good, so be it if they go over a bit). I pick up the car 2 days after dropping it off and it first glance it's good; nice, shiny, looks like it was just washed. Then I got closer and noticed there was dust literally all over it (pictured - looked like body filler that was sanded - yellow / fine dust.) I told Q about the dust as he was headed out the door; he mentioned "yea its been sitting next to this busy road all morning (St. rt. 43 is busy - but this wasn't dirt - they sanded a car or something next to mine as they were detailing it). Slightly aggravated, but optimistic still; running late for a meeting cause the delayed schedule in my car taking an extra day, so I pay and leave without having time to look over everything. I drove 5 minutes to the office. Dark by the time I got out of the meeting so I drive 5 minutes home. Next morning, I'm looking it over. There is literally brake dust all over the wheels (dirt as well - pictured ). The scuffs on the wheels were not restored (specifically asked for these to be assessed - hence the extra $ paid) and they didn't even wash them. I asked the employee about this after and he says they don't even do wheel restoration - I asked him what did I pay the extra $60 for then? That's when he offered me a gift card (refund). He then tells me that BMWs have very dusty wheels. I informed him I drove it maybe 2 miles total since the detail and I baby my car when I drive it. He told me it's completely normal to gather that much dust in that little distance. - he could probably tell I didn't buy this excuse. The back window still had thumb prints all over the inside of it. There was old tint or something on it that they stated they couldn't get off because it "would mess up the rear window defrost" - fine, but at least wipe off the hand prints. The front windshield had the same exact grime on it as delivered as well (pictured). The interior smelled great; the leather was already pretty clean when I took it in and it looks like they just wiped it down and shampooed the carpet. No problem there. But inside the compartments were not touched. The glass in front of the speedometer had the same water marks / streaks on it as when I dropped it off. The engine bay has always been clean but I still bought the elite package just to get it cleaned down again - there were cobwebs under the hood still, showing me they didnt even open it The employee didnt have a response for this when I showed him. The trunk was not swept out either (again, why I purchased the best package - see pictures). The worst part of this was the paint. I was told he would fix all of the paint issues, and his excuse on why it was taking more time was because he WAS fixing the paint. I'm looking this over and there are so many new scratches and swirls. I don't know if they didn't clean their buffing pads or what but my car came back with new scratches everywhere - terrible scratches at that. Q stated that they just seem more apparent now that the rest of the car is shined up. I have before and after pictures and there are new, deep scratches everywhere. It'll have to be painted. Q - I hate having to write this, but I truly believe you were trying to get one over on me by selling me all these extras and giving me the most basic service you offered when I paid for the best you had + $60.00. After moving from Texas and driving 19 hours with 3 dogs, my car was a mess. Dog hair and slobber everywhere. Magic City did such an amazing job bringing it back to like new. I could not be more impressed with the quality and value of their service!

I must say that q truly did his thing he had laid all the laws down to me before getting the tent percent i truly wanted but he looked out for my safe zone which I appreciate his honesty so we definitely changed it to a better decision. My car looks amazing thanks to Q and his crew I highly recommend this company 💯 percent. Thank you again Angel

I just picked up my car from this place after having the inside detailed. They did a fantastic job! I was really worried because I've never had this done before, and I've had this car for several years and I did not take very good care of the inside. But they had it looking almost new! Matt was very nice and friendly, as was the other employee I came across. It was much cheaper than I expected. I will definitely come back if I need anything else done. Thank you! (:
