Quiet respectable place to live for a seniors residence pleasant and very clean

Lived there seven years and had some wonderful neighbors. New management came on a few years ago and have a long list of new rules that are completely arbitrary - definitely geared to a select few and favoritism abounds. Rents keep going up with no improvement in outdated electric or amenities. When I moved there, it was a community but now it's more of a prison. It's not the onsite managers but the management company who are ruining the community.

On the plus side, it's fairly safe and affordable.
