Had a pretty good experience. There was no wait and was able to be taken in right away .Kelly helped in removing my ANC nails and did my manicure . She was delicate with removing the nails .Pretty nice atmosphere .I know it's silly, but I like that they wear name tags.

Nope. Gave them a second (third) chance and they just don't measure up. The first time (over two years ago) I went, I had a gel manicure. It was bubbly and uneven. Nice color selection, but I thought that they might be mixing old products with new. (More on that in a minute). Second time I went, I had a pedicure. Chose my color (again, nice selection of colors to choose from) but I didn't open it and look as I usually do. When the polish was applied, it was super thin and very dull. He had to put on three coats of color for it to look right. Top coat was low quality (I think it was actually base coat) and the pedicure chipped within three days. Ok, third time is a charm, right?  Nope again. Two different people did my manicure and pedicure. Both very nice, but the person who did the pedicure cut the nails too short and didn't file properly. I had very sharp and pointy eyes on my toes that caught on my socks when I went to put them on the next day. And, the manicurist, who was also very nice, just didn't listen to me. In addition, I had an ANC manicure which is supposed to be super glossy. She missed spots on the sides of at least six nails and applied it in such a way that it is all over my cuticles. It's higher than it should be around the edges and very rough looking if you look at it closely enough. From a distance it looks okay, but I'm a perfectionist. Last but not least, my suspicion about mixing products was confirmed when I watched her pour a clearly older and very viscous and gloppy bottle of ANC step 4 into a newer bottle that was the proper consistency. 

Let's not even talk about the fact that I brought my nine year old daughter in for a polish and they had her put her feet up on a dirty looking lidded-type trash can.  

As lovely as their personalities are, I will never go back there. I was much happier with the establishment across the road, where I had an absolutely flawless ANC manicure and a wonderful pedicure that both lasted FOUR WEEKS without a chip or flaw of any kind. 

Two stars because the people are nice, but in reality that doesn't make up for poorly performing personnel or products.

Susan is the pedicure master! !!!! She did an amazing jobbbb best pedicure I have ever had in my life I will be back! Can I take her home with me ??? Lol she's awesome
