I had an appointment for a pedicure and to get my acrylic nails filled. The girl who did my pedicure cut my foot and took an hour just to do my pedicure badly. This did not leave enough time to get my nails filled. I️ am a professional and now will be showing up to a meeting with my nails needing work. They did not even offer any apology for the fact I️ was cut let alone me now needing to go someplace else to get my nails done. I will not be back!!!  

They even charged me!!!

The owner Lisa is very grouchy. Her staff see the nasty example so they became like her. They think just because they have enough customers coming in, they don't have to treat you with respect.  Don't even say "hi"  or respond to anything. Give them big tip, not even a "thank you".  Very unprofessional. There are a lot of nail salons out there who are nice and treat you like a real customer.

Wowww, Megan is amazing, I have never had better expirience!! I am extremly picky, she got my nails done bejond expectation! Perfect!

I've been going their since 1996 when they were on florida ave, And as long as they treat me well and continue to do a flawless job , I will continue to give them my business. They always make me feel special .
Keep doing what your doing because you do it well. (MY BABE) LOL

I really love this place. I've been getting my eyebrows done here since I was about 12 and Lisa never fails to amaze me with how perfect she leaves them. They are always friendly and if I need to run in with my son they are always sweet to him and don't treat him as a nuisance.
