Story

Magic Wash Express Car Wash, "Magic Wash" will be providing exterior only car wash services with a free self-service vacuum area. Magic Wash is designed to wash 160+ cars per hour, allowing our customers to have their car washed quickly without the long wait and not jeopardizing the quality of wash.
Magic Wash will offer the only dual belt conveyor washing system in Utah, compared to competitors' chain roller systems. The difference is that the chain roller system uses rails that stand up 3" on each side of the tire with only a 15" width. This can potentially damage wheels and tire stems. With our dual belt conveyor system, you can have the worry free wash on your vehicle.
Magic Wash will be offering customers a loyalty program through our Unlimited Monthly Wash Club. Unlimited Monthly Wash Club holders will choose from 3 different wash packages. The advantage of joining our Unlimited Monthly Wash Club is that it will allow you the freedom of washing your vehicle at any time and as many times as desired at one low price. No more worries of unpredictable weather and trying to deter mine when to wash your car. With joining our Unlimited Monthly Wash Club, you can have a clean car every day.

I had a great experience today! I went through the wash and was kinda bummed that there were still a bunch of bug guts left on the front. They were dried on there pretty good though, so I wasn't too surprised. Heidi was walking around to ask me about my experience and I just mentioned in passing that they didn't come off very well. She offered to let me go through again for free and have them spray some of their bug stuff on there. It worked great and now my car looks awesome! Thabks for the great customer service!

There was a time I would've given this place at least three stars, but not anymore. They are SO SLOW. You can no longer use an automated service. Today we were required to update our membership information and it took ten minutes while the employee punched who knows what into the computer. Ridiculous! I will be canceling my membership. Soap is always left on my car and the "cleanliness" isn't worth the hassle.

Always do A good job getting me cars clean. I would recommend a towel to help dry your car though, just to get the little crevices of your car where the dryer can't get

My mom just went there to redeem a car wash on her unlimited membership that my dad bought for her for Christmas. Apparently this company got a new computer update for their system and failed to send a notice to their customer base. Long story short, she was denied entrance and treated like she was inferior and an idiot by that paunchy manager James Baum because she doesn't carry my dad's debit card around and it was a real inconvenience for him. I go to Supersonic on Riverdale and they're always so polite! Sorry not sorry but save yourself a headache. They never get your car clean all the way anyway. Bye Felicia👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼

The quality of the car wash has greatly declined since it opened, and I've been coming since it opened. Employee turnover is very high, and I feel like I know more about the car wash than some of them. The vaccums worked great at first, but they aren't very powerful over time. Half the time when I go through the carwash, many of the sprayers are clogged and nothing comes out. The blowers at the end doesn't really dry off my car, and there is ALWAYS soap residue left on my car at the end. THE ONLY WAY to have my car completely clean is to get out and hand dry it.
