Never had just a free cleaning and out over there. They always sneak in extra charges and try to sell you a device at every visit. Go in for a cleaning and walk out with $$$$ bill (I have dental insurance) and wonder what the heck happened. Has happened repeatedly.

Kind staff. Dr. Dronet is amazing. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. I recently moved to Shreveport and still make the drive back to see him.

The new management is either incompetent or dishonest. They claimed my daughter needed crowns. First, the temporary crowns fell off four times. Then, they tell me the insurance won't pay because the crowns were not needed. It will cost me an extra $600. Watch out for them.

When this place was previously called BlueBonnet, I had a bad experience here and felt that the staff was trying to sneak in extra charges as fast as they could. If there are new owners and staff under the new name, ignore this post. The Bluebonnet dentist told me I had 7 cavities. I was skeptical so I got a second opinion from another dentist and according to them, I only had 1 cavity. I understand that some dentists are more conservative than others regarding whether to fill a spot that's weakening, but this seemed excessive.

My family & I started going here a few years ago. The place is always clean and comfortable. The 2 doctors we worked with are friendly and mostly knowledgeable. The hygienists are a hit or miss. So now I usually request 1 of my 2 favorites. They all do good work, I just prefer a more personable smiling hygienist rather than an uptight one. I think they should hire better administrative staff, also. Long story short.
