When I needed someone to replace my roof, I found Magnolia Home remodeling on angie list and was enticed by their great reviews. The were amazing and did a magnificent job. The project manager Vic was very responsive, polite and delivered to his word and on time. I will definitely use them again.

I just had a lot of work done on my home. Vinyl siding, windows and my dream deck. I have heard horror stories about home renovating. I received 6 estimates. I chose Magnolia. Dollar wise they were in the ball park of most of the others. Vic came to my home and presented himself and his company in a way that had me choosing them. He was respectful (some other companies were very pushy) helpful and seemed honest. He proved himself and his company throughout the job. His workers showed the same helpfulness and respect. They were friendly, competent, and they made my renovation painless. I am completely thrilled when I drive up to my "new" house and sitting on my gorgeous deck is a dream come true. I tell everyone who listens how happy I am.

Magnolia renovated our kitchen this winter.  The kitchen is great-the finishes are very professional and high quality.  Magnolia responded quickly to unforeseen challenges that arose and they take pride in making sure the job is done right.  This job is the second one we have done with Magnolia, and will not be the last.

Magnolia Home Remodeling did an absolute amazing job on our kitchen remodel from the inital design state, demolition to final punch list items. Everyone I encountered was very professional. The quality of work was excellent. The job was completed on time. The workers always arrived on time and the job site was always cleaned up at the end of every day. Any problems or concerns were addressed in a timely manner and were followed through until resolved. Overall an excellent experience.

I saw the Magnolia Home Remodeling Group add in our local Clipper Magazine.  I contacted several other companies and met with each to discuss replacing the entire siding on the house, new windows throughout the house, masonry work on the exterior of the house where old brick was including the chimney and a new automatic garage door.  I dealt with Chris Fontana, one of the owners of the company, and I liked that he was not pushy like many of the other salespeople that I met with to discuss particular jobs.  For me, it was easier to deal with one general contractor than a bunch of different people for each project.  Each particular crew that came out was polite, professional and highly skilled.  Of course I was nervous with such a big undertaking, but Chris and Vic dealt with issues that came up (there are always issues that arise when you are doing any kind of renovation - you just have to figure out a solution and then go with the flow).  I love my siding, my new windows and my new stonework on the house.  It changed my house and I know my neighbors are jealous of how nice it turned out. My favorite feature - my new automatic garage door.  Never had one before - ever.  I never use my front door anymore.  It is just so convenient to hit that button and not use my keys.  Special thanks to Chris and Vic and their new project manager, Jeff, all their foremen and crews - Barbosa for siding, Thomas for windows and Silva for masonry and Steve for gutters.  I plan to do some renovating inside the house next, but I just have to figure out a design first and deal with some other issues before I can move forward, but I do plan to use Magnolia for that as well.  I increased the value of my home and I love to drive up to it now.  It looks beautiful.  My life is certainly far from being perfect, but I feel that the outside of my home finally is.
