I have been to this spa a number of times in the past and have always had a nice relaxing and fun time. The stone massages are delightful the back massages were too. The Mani and Pedi's are do die for. Two hours is never enough time to do this.

I used to love going here but my recent experience made me not want to come back - I was booked for an Indian head massage at 4pm. The woman was a few minutes late so the massage did not start until roughly 4:05-4:10. Which would have been fine- but she cut me short too! The massage costs 70$ for 50 minutes so I kind of expected 50 minutes but I was out of there by 4:45. That means she cut me 10-15 minutes short. Not too happy and not coming back.

The people who work here are amazing.. it is a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. I have never left dissatisfied

My name is Laura Iannuzzi, I had to write this review under my son's account. On Wednesday, February 15th, I made an appointment for a shellac mani and reg pedi at Magnolia House for this Friday, February 17th at 3:15. I spoke at length with the "customer service" person about the pros/cons of shellac and decided I would go for it and she asked if I could come for 3:15 instead of the initial time of 3:30 which was perfect for me as I work until 3:00 and am close by. I showed up and was told there was no appointment in my name and that they were very busy and there was nothing they could do . End of story. Repeated it a few times. Not even an apology, just "I don't know what happened and there's nothing I can do. FAKE IT GIRL!! At least say the words "I'm sorry", even if you're not. I guess as long as they are busy-they're happy. My time was obviously not important to them. I would have put Zero Stars as i didn't have any experience at all but google wouldn't accept my review.
