Amazing Apartment complex!! Just finished renovating all apartments with new floors, furniture, extremely fast wifi and 60" Flat screen Smart TVs in every living room. Mix all that great stuff with a humongous pool and a staff that absolutely adores their residents and you are in for the optimal college experience! The management just went through some changes in staff and those ladies are awesome! They bend over backwards to make sure the residents are comfortable and taken care of and are very willing to work with students as well. There is also an on call police officer who lives on the complex to make residents feel that much more safe. I would 10/10 recommend everyone to live at magnolia to make that college experience that much more memorable!

I love Magnolia! I have lived here for the past year, and have already signed my lease for next year! It is not within walking distance of campus, but the bus services are very reliable. The staff seem to care about their tenants a lot, and have definitely improved the apartments within the past couple of months. The new furniture and floors in the common area is very nice! The price is very reasonable and every utility is included, with no caps. I definitely recommend any college student living in Milledgeville!

Magnolia is terrible. The rent prices are way too high for the quality of the apartments. The appliances are outdated. The management doesn't get things done in a timely manner and the staff has no clue what they are doing (it takes twice as many people to do one job as it should). Currently the new tv they installed in our apartment won't even turn on and the cable in both bedrooms and the living room is out. When we report a maintenance problem it takes hours for them to MAYBE respond to what's going on if we are lucky. I would NOT recommend living at this apartment complex.

Staff is incompetent and will force roommates on you against your will. Several times roommates in several apartments over the course of many years have stolen expensive items including consoles and magnolia will blame you for having your items stolen. They take no responsibility nor do they have security. After several breakins the authorities were never contacted by the managment and the the theif had to be caught by his own roommates after several attempts to have magnolia to intervene. Personally they moved a new person into my apartment without notice or consent after they evicted my previous roommate for breaking the lease in several areas. My new roommate began breaking the lease almost immediately. He moved people into the apartment. Trashed the whole place basically and made it unlivable so i complained to magnolia but no managers were on site. No big deal I'll try again in a day or two. Well my roommate started a new habit of playing loud music late at night until early in the morning. I complain again but alas no managers. Hopefully the front desk can write this down and pass it on to them right? Apparantly not. When I went to complain the fourth time was at the end of the month after paying my rent. Now after the second complaint my living space was completely unlivable so i moved out and started subleasing at another apartment complex. But I still had to pay rent at magnolia so I went to them with the argument that because my living space was not a space that I was able to live in I was forced to move to another apartment and should not have to pay rent for the second month that my new roommate was there. I brought a friend with me who had witnessed these events and been a victim of earlier incidents as well. When we confronted the managers they only told me I should have brought the theft to their attention earlier which I had along with the previous complaints. Apparantly the front desk doesn't take notes. The managers insisted it was impossible they weren't there three times in a row for over an hour and kept denying it although I even called a second friend who confirmed our meetings with the front desk. Not only is the managment here incompetent and useless but will lie to save themselves from their own incompetence and uselessness. They will try to distract their residents with parties and games but won't care about their physical safety or belongings. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

First of all, be aware that they basically pay their residents to leave nice reviews. With that being said, having lived here for several years, this has been the worst experience for me. The appliances are WAY outdated and break all the time. But they will never fix anything. They take weeks to temporarily fix something that will probably just break the next day. There have been way too many times where I don't have cable, wifi, WATER EVEN, my toilet broke, the garbage disposal broke, my gate key, etc. a million things honestly. And there is no sense of urgency that these things should be fixed. Yet there will be absolutely no hesitation to fine you out the nose for anything. Maintenance is rude and generally doesn't really care about your privacy. They charged people to replace the living room carpets even though they were going to replace it with hardwood floors weeks later anyway. They are rude behind the residents' backs. I would 100% rather live somewhere that had working appliances and cared about their residents than a place that offers a huge tv or a pool or whatever. Do not be fooled. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
