Terrible experience! I had to use this agent in order to book travel through my company. I literally gave her the EXACT information to book, but she waited over a week to book it (I didn't know) and the prices went up. It ended up costing me $250 because the prices went above my company limit. The agent also called my secretary and was EXTREMELY rude to her when she said she was unable to give out my cell phone number. Turns out she needed to reach me to verify the spelling of my name...for the third time! Really?! I had sent her all the information in an email.

Dealing with this company is absolutely awful! Customer service is terrible you would be better off planning your vacation alone

Not very helpful. I wouldn't even give one star, but you have to give at least one. I wonder if the agent spoke with knows the duties of a travel agent. When I called to ask her about a trip, she asked me if I googled it, then started telling me general facts about the trip in an argumentative way, like she was discouraging me. It seemed she wanted me to google it so she could book it. Well, I don't want to do the work, that's why I called a travel agent...
Anyway, she never called me back. I will try another local agency.
