Great hospitality and they have done well to give the rooms the modern commodities it needs. It's still an older style hotel but it is very cozy and makes you feel at home. Overall a great location and would definitely stay here again.

Spent 4 nights while attending a conference. While the building is older it's nice and clean. Food has been very good. Enjoyed the breakfast and drink vouchers.

This is the best place to stay in Houghton! You are within walking distance of their quaint downtown and the view from their top floor bar and restaurant is so beautiful. The food is fantastic as well. Rooms are a bit outdated but as I have stayed here a dozen times for work, never had a single problem there.

I've stayed at this hotel a dozen times and this last time they went above and beyond by giving my room a call to ensure that I had the proper taxi shuttle to the airport. Without that call I would have missed the flight, not to mention I was the one working the flight.Thank you!

A decent highrise big city feel hotel in a smaller size town, featuring a top floor restaurant and bar with panoramic views of waterway and downtown, while serving substandard fare
