These people have treated me so nice. Such great hospitality. Sam was very kind and helpful. I am on crutches at the moment and I felt welcomed as if it were a 2nd home. :-)

We would not have chosen to stay here, if we had a choice, but we flew Delta, the airline that leaves you stranded in Detroit for 3 days. The room was a tad run down, and not particularly clean. However, we called them at 2 am, they had one of the best rates around, and they picked us up from the airport via shuttle. For those 3 things alone, we will be forever grateful, something we can not say about Delta Airlines.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They truly care about their guests. I especially want to thank Steve, Shardae and Adel the shuttle bus driver. Thank you, Maria

Sheets have stains on them. The bathtub is disgusting, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Even though non smoking room, the room still smells like smoke. The phone has never been washed. Wifi is spotty and doesn't work that great. Don't waste your money here. Find a different place in the area

I had to choose a star, otherwise 0. I checked in cuz I needed a room for the night. First the lady lied to me and said my cc. was declined. I was very confused but gave another cc. The hallway leading to the room smelled like weed, the shower was heavily stained and mold was on the shower wall. I called my cc company to find out why my card was declined and she said it WAS NOT and gave me the authorization code! The lady at the desk claimed there was nothing she could do. While im calling my card company in front of her another lady (the employees friend) starts making racist remarks about an Arab girl that walked by. Her exact words were "they make me sick." The lady behind the counter asks who and when pointed out to her she gave a nod in agreement. Then the other lady says (I quote) "they're just a bunch of terriosts." The lady behind the counter had a look of agreement and didn't say anything. I said what I had to say to the racist lady and walked out. I was in uniform (military) so I couldn't say much.
