I stay at this hotel every 3rd Saturday of September for Hell's HearseFest. What used to be good service turned great and now excellent! I arrived early but it wasn't a problem. My room was super clean, the air was on and the refrigerator was cool. The management is super awesome and I look forward to staying there next year. The Wi-fi in the area is horrible and not just the hotel.

It was an average hotel. They told my husband it was 79 dollars plus tax but at checkout the bill was 84 plus tax. He drives a semi and my son and I met him to visit while he was on the road. Truck parking was a plus. No cribs available. It was attached to a really neat restaurant. They only gave us 3 pillows and 2 towels, thought that was odd.

The owner YELLED and his wife gave me an attitude...... I went into the office to talk to whomever was there about checking out of one of my rooms. I was dealing with the man who owns the hotel (I cannot remember his name). He turned to his wife, Rose, and yelled at her (probably as loud as he could). I was not going to deal with such vile, intimidating, unprofessional, and SCARY behavior so I turned around and walked out. For all I knew, his unexpected explosive behavior would next be turned onto me and he would become violent. As I sat in my car trying to process what had just happened, the man rushed out not even 2 minutes later, got into a pick up truck with the other man who was in the lobby, and erratically drove away. I figured it was safe to go back into the lobby because the man was gone and Rose was the only one left. Since we are both women, I figured it had to be safe, especially after what her husband just did to her, right? WRONG! Rose had such a nasty attitude with me! After discussing my rooms for a few minutes and being accused that the problems with the rooms were MY fault (even though it only had to do with moving us from room to room when we checked in because the rooms were not made up), she started to calm down and was finally speaking to me in a normal tone of voice. When we left the hotel the next day or two later, I refused to go into the office and made my husband do it because I did not want to deal with the owner and his unexpected outbursts. The man said to my husband that he apologized for yelling and wanted me to know it was not me whom he was yelling at. Regardless to what rebuttal the owners will say to my review YOU SHOULD NEVER SPEAK TO ANOTHER HUMAN BEING THAT WAY! I or any patron of any establishment should NEVER have witnessd what happened that day nor should the customer ever be spoken to with an attitude!

The first room they had me in had a bed that was not even made, dirty towels in the bathroom, the bathroom shower was broken, and there was towels on the floor by the sink. The second room had trash on the table and towels in the tub . I was VERY disappointed that I paid over $100, plus a $50 deposit to walk into two very dirty rooms, thay didn't even look like thay had been touched by cleaning ladies. Not to mention I arrived at four in the morning, making it even more aggravating. I do not pull into a hotel, at four in the morning, expecting to get a nice CLEAN room, and want to walk into not only one but TWO dirty rooms. I do not recommend this place to anybody, WASTE OF MONEY!!!
