Wow! Roy Wood Jr was hilarious! Menu is mainly bar food but everything we ordered was average to above average. Fish tacos were really good! Wings were decent and burger excellent! Place was pretty busy but service was adequate. Love the free parking right out front and the tiered seating was nice. We sometimes go to the DC Improv but no tiered seating there so sometimes if seated behind a tall person you watch their head most of the night. We were in the third tier and had perfect site lines. The whiskey bar next door was an added bonus. Go have a good time!

Magooby's is a fantastic place. That huge, beautiful, and great sounding showroom is staffed by a small but dedicated group of employees who, from the kitchen to the door, do their best to ensure folks have a good time. The family owned business does a fantastic job of pulling some really big names in comedy all the way to Timonium. The bar around the corner, Witt's end, is great for a drink before or after the show. Love this place

Zero stars!!! The only reason this place gets good reviews is because of the performers! The costumer service at this place is by far the worst experience! Keep in mind it’s freezing outside!! We had tickets purchased for a 9:45 show. Doors were supposed to open at 9:15. They didn’t open the doors until after 10!!! Once we finally did get inside, we were expecting to be able to choose our table since its “first come first serve” even though we actually made reservations 2 months in advance. And even though we were one of the first ones inside, they assigned us a table allllllll the way in back! They did not know what to say. You guys act like your doing people a favor but y’all forget WE are paying you and shouldn’t be treated like that. On top of our tickets we paid for, they make you buy a minimum of 2 items of their menu or you can’t leave! What the hell!? And their menu is not cheap. You will be paying $20 for fries. I will never even consider coming to this hell house. Please watch a show somewhere else and give your money to a business that actually takes that into consideration.

You just can't beat this place. The comedic lineup seems to always be on point and reach a wide variety of patrons. The club itself is an intimate setting which allows you to meet new people before the show begins. Once it does begin table talk should be kept to a minimum so if ur not a chatty person you will still enjoy the night. The food is amazing. I have yet to try something that wasn't great. Havnt had any mixed drinks but my girlfriend loves them. I have been to comedy clubs in Philly, Pittsburgh, new york, Atlanta, Tampa, and San Diego and this is one of the best. Prices and acts are very comparable if not better here. The staff will treat u and you treat them. I have seen wonderful service to those that have had issues but approached staff with respect. Would highly recommend!!

ALWAYS a great time here! Famous or not, the comedians here are usually funny & entertaining!  We had the best time here and the drinks are super also.....lots of ticket deals so search around!
