The staff specifically Barbara and Lori are the rudest people Ive ever seen. Everytime I had been forced to deal with them it was nothing but rudeness, even for my first call for an appointment. I have a mass in my right arm. Dr. Grob ordered MRI and bone scan. I got a call from his office telling me my CT scan was good and no follow-up was needed. Huh? Then I have the tests and get no call for follow-up appointment. I called and was told "You don't call us, we call you" very rudely. So i wait some more. Finally after two weeks call again and get told the report says i got a call back and was told MRI is good and I'm cancer free and i should follow-up but i refused and hung up. What the he'll? Lol. So finally i just find a new doctor who referred me to an oncologist because that wasn't even what the report said anyway. Please stay away from this place. I wouldn't trust them to take care of a broken toe.

Don't get me wrong, the doctors are amazing. They have done everything humanly imaginable for  child when he fractured  both his elbow and foot. His reception staff however leaves a lot to be desired. BARBARA and LORI, specifically. They are rude both over the telephone and in person, and do nothing to help you whatsoever. It's nothing but snide remarks and rude behavior. This is what they have as the first person (people) of contact within their office. Honestly I don't know if they're  either tired of their job, or they just need to retire because theyre not welcoming, theyre crotchety. Get better reception and the place would receive a 4 or 5 out of 5. Enough said.
