The food isn’t the best but not bad. The games are kind I’ve boring and don’t change a lot. Once u play 3 u don’t know what else u wanna play and just waste your time and tickets

Haven't tried the bowling, but the arcade is terrible. Many games were broken down, or would take your money but not go into game mode or release the balls, air hockey tables 3 were off the 2 that were on the air didnt push out enough to keep the puck gliding. Expect to pay around 100$ an hour to stay actively playing the working games, the ratio of prize to ticket cost is ridiculous. I did spend 100 I was able to buy a stuffed animal maybe worth 5 actual dollars. Next time Dave and busters or freeplay in Richardson.

If I could give no stars I would had an incredibly terrible experience the other night.
Waited at an hour in line to get in then it was a 4 hour wait to bowl which was fine thought we could go play laser tag, pool , or play games. Laser tag was 3 hour wait, pool the same as well as the bar and every game had at least three people waiting for it. So what was there to do nothing. So we went to get our refund but when asked guy at the register was extremely rude and rolled his eyes then went to get a manager. Once manger came we had at least 7 people with us and he sighed like we did something wrong and mind you we only bought the tickets or what ever they are called not even 15 minutes before. I will not ever go back. They need to make more location in this area or north for less traffic in the place.  At the Shenandoah location.

I applied to both Tempe and Gilbert location and the lack of communication between the managers and hiring is ridiculous. I have been left waiting over a month at both locations only to be let know I wasn’t hired when at Tempe I was hired and went through all the online paper work only to be told I shouldn’t have been hired and then lead on by Gilbert. Worse experience of hiring process I’ve ever dealt with .
