We did a birthday party for my kid's 14 with 60+ of his classmates. Had a blast bowling, the pizza was great and then they got to play in the arcade. Fun place, will use them again in the future.

We love this place! Especially during the summer to take the kids and escape the heat! However, we recently had a poor experience. We were trying to book an event with them this week for my son's birthday party. I called on Wednesday to get their party packages/rates and details for my son's bday party this Friday. Sales person went through their packages, pricing, and 50% deposit required. I didnt have a head count so I told her i would call her back. This was on Wednesday. We called yesterday evening and was advised there sales office was closed, that we needed to give them at least a 72 hour notice to book an event, and they had a minimum requirement of 10 people to book a party, and their sales office closes at 8pm. This information should have been communicated when i called on Wednesday. When I called this morning, i conveyed the story with the manager and she was unapologetic, and offered no benefit for me to bring them my business to compensate for the lack of necessary information that her staff should have given me at the time of my call. Now I'm having to scramble to find a place that will host my son's birthday party. If you're going to book an event, make sure you know all the important details. We will not be giving them anymore of our business. Sad to say.

We had my son's 7th birthday party over this past weekend here. The event was fun enough for him. I would suggest having pitchers of water ready for guests upon arrival though because it did take a while to get drinks (it was really busy). We also had a major issue with the gifts. One of our guests that brought a present, gave it to a hostess, and it went missing. It was actually brought home by another party. They had to review the footage and contact them in order to have it returned. But then today when I called to pick it up- they said I have to know what the present actually is to pick it up--- um. My son never opened it obviously because it was taken by another party. So now I have to track down the guest in order to ask her what the present was just so we can pick it up. I am SURE that it is addressed to my child. Problem solved... but nope. As if they couldn't inconvenience us any further, now I have to jump through hoops, contact the guest, call main event with a description, and then drive 20 minutes away to pick up a gift that should have been opened by my child on Saturday. The complete lack of regard for other people's time is astonishing. Maybe instead of hostesses taking the gifts-- they should have parents put them in the lockers themselves so that this doesn't happen. This is CRAZY.

My girlfriend and I went here on a Thursday night about 2 weeks ago. Got there about 10 o'clock to play pool. Rene the bartender was awesome but that's all this place has going for them. We set the pool balls up for another game as we went out to smoke, came back in, my pack of cigarettes were gone, beers were dumped out and pool balls were returned. We were gone for 5 mins at most. The 2 male managers on staff were right next to our table and the place was pretty empty. I asked the manager where our stuff was and he responded I don't know, but it is getting late... for the next half an hour while sitting at the bar this manager checked his watch every 10 seconds waiting to kick everybody out so he could get home I guess. Rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. I would recommend going to the bar and getting a drink from Rene but that's it!!!

Can't say enough about how great our customer service was. Everyone was very friendly and our waitress (who was supposedly new) did an amazing job. Of course the entertainment was a lot of fun but it was definitely also the solid customer experience that encourages me to return
