I came here with my family and had a really great time. It is very clean and there is a lot of games in the arcade. It is a little on the pricey side but well worth it. I like that there are a lot of choices in the ticket store and you have the option to pick out rewards yourself. Overall the experience here was very fun. Definitely worth bringing the family here again. Overall the experience here was great.

Waitress was very nice and service was fine but it wasn't very clean. There were multiple open tables in the bar area but every table I picked was dirty. Had the sampler and it was good. Loved their wings.

Thanks to Greg and a few other staff members my family will not be returning to this overpriced farce. The staff tonight were far from prepared to handle the crowd or do theor job properly. We spent $300 for 6 people to bowl half of one game after an hour wait before we were kicked off of our lane for a time limit that we were not informed of even though there were 7 other lanes open. This was after spending another $150 on overpriced food and drinks while we were waiting for our lane. I will say that our waitress Sidney did a wonderful job with our food.

Amazing place for dates but make sure to walk with alot of $$. The prices are high for events, food is over salted or burnt, i ordered a steak for dinner and i got a piece of cow that was thrown into a volcano and scrapped the chard off it. It takes 15 minutes to get a glass of water. It's a good thing I was not choking because this service is killer literally. Best attraction about here is the arcade and laser tag.

Main event in Katy is a very happening place. Lots of fun and games. Initially when it opened it functioned like a well piled machine but seems like over time things have changed quiet a lot. 

The bowling alley station has been the biggest change. When we first used to go, the staff would acknowledge us and have a smile on their face. They would be the first people you would see and their welcoming demeanor would make your visit much better. This last time I stood waiting for 12 mins and 38 seconds, patiently waiting while the 3 people there kept talking about the nails they got done from some new place and how one of them tried a new hair gel and how another one felt that not wearing an undershirt under their uniform shirt was tacky. I waited till this conversation was over and then they finally said "how can we help you". I feel that the young staff probably need some more training on customer service. This is not their locker room at school, this is their place of employment. Apart from that, the food is great, the lanes are very well kept and the serving staff is outstanding by a mile.

The gaming area has always been a fun place for us and our friends. This time it was still fun but I have to go get someone 3 times to find me a striker for the only available and working air hockey table and then 2 times to get someone to make the football machine work. Understandably if the machine doesn't work on a quick fix then that's cool. I don't expect them to repair the machine but unfortunately I had to get the same person all 5 times and every time I went to get him he would be in a conversation with some other staff member or checking his text messages on his phone. Machines overall are working good, some machines definitely need a good cleaning but they function well.

Advice to management: Definitely make sure the staff pay more attention to what's going on around them and acknowledge people who come there.
