Don't come and eat in the area in front. We waited for 45 minutes and at this point my son was crying he was hungry that I got up and begged the waitress to just bring his dinner. Since the 2 tables that sat down after us were served. Then we were told it was due to my friends order of "no" special sauce on her burger and the fries extra crispy. Manager came to our table to say the order was just put in 17 minutes ago. She hurried our order and gave us some play cards. We did have a good time playing laser tag but each game one of our vests zeroed out and did not keep our score. Also half the ladies room stalls had no toilet paper. They also need to clean or service the air hockey game it was sticky and the puck continued to get stuck in the middle. Will go back to play but never eat there again.

Great place to have a 9 year old birthday party. The kids and adults all enjoyed the food and the environment. The party planning team was very helpful. Thanks for making this day great for our son!

The first time I went, I had the call server button on during 2 games of bowling and no one ever came to take our order. Before leaving, we let the manager know and she was awesome and gave us some cards to come back and play. We returned the other day and brought our employees as well. I was very disappointed that I could not get 2 different flavors when ordering 10 wings. No other restaurant has ever refused such a simple request. I ended up ordering the ham and cheese sandwiches on "garlic knot bread" and was extremely disappointed. The rolls were cold and soggy and definitely not garlic knots, they were also too small to hold the ham and cheese, and the entire sandwich was overpowered by the huge chunks of onion they put in it. At this point, I doubt I'll be going back.

The summer special deal was great. Family of 4 played for 6 hours and could have gone til midnight. When the kids started to wind down after 9, spent a few dollars for arcade games... The entire night, food included, bowling, laser tag, billiards, arcade... $100. In hindsight, could spend less on Mondays, but this was a lot better than dinner and movies for one night. Only reason only 4 stars was that they seemed to be understaffed today and I had to look for someone for assistance. A small thing since the service was otherwise great and the people were really nice.

Great environment with friendly and helpful employees. Great place for kids and adults with a dedicated bar or a server to bring drinks to your location
