Went there for a company function. Really nice facility, but expensive. Why pay $1.25 for couple of minutes on a video game when you can rent and play a better one on a game console for about the same price? The bowling lanes look family fun (very colorful) but probably not the place for serious bowlers. They also offer pool, laser tag, and an above ground obstacle course (you wear a harness) with a zip line. All good fun. If you have a couple hundred bucks to blow and you like games, this may be for you.

The only thing I like about this place are the blue lights outside. I was here last night and the service me and my friend received was horrible. Non of the employees were smiling, they looked like they were all having a bad day. We ordered the easiest item on the menu an all American burger it took about 20 minutes for someone to get our order and about 30 minute to get the food. I simply don't understand this because there were servers standing around and a lady that appeared to be a "manager" . Menu items are over priced, if you have to make someone wait that long then just make all your meals value meals. Sell them for $1 each. Fast food restaurants do a better job than you guys.

Friday morning 03/10 2017, with less than 30 customers in the place and 5 staff members, which included one manager. Spent $30 on two cards for the grandkids to play games. One got 44 tickets the other 11 tickets and ended up with a piece of candy each. Staff was rude, left us to wait to redeem our tickets for over 22 minutes. I tried to get the manager's attention but he ignored me. The only nice employee was the young woman up front. Sad for such a large place. Kids were out for spring break too so they should've known better to staff better. Manager has absolutely no idea what customer service means. I have been self employed for 40 years and would not have a business if I treated customers this way. We were going to ear their but opted out since the first experience was so poor. My wife, 3 yr old, and myself went bowling. We purchased an hour of bowling and it took 15 min. to even get our son a bowling ramp because the staff was very dismissal and ignoring us completely. I thought to myself now well now were down to 45 min. of play (which it was). on top of my already horrible service, the so called waitress was getting food left and right for the person literally right next to us sharing the ball return. we couldn't even get a look from her. There was lady who looked to be a manager walking by MULTIPLE times and look at us and just kept walking.

We purchased the top package as a Christmas gift for our family in February. . We had a great time. The service was wonderful and food was good. We were all able to do most everything they wanted. Thanks Main Event for a very memorable day.
