This place is hit and miss when it comes to quality of care.  Sometimes it is good, other times it is a total waste of time and money.  If you have a broken arm or something obvious, then this place is great.  If you need quick lab work done or flu shot, this place is great.  If you have something open to interpretation or judgement call then you’ll likely get no treatment at all.  One dr there is awful- don’t know why she is still there.   With her it’s just in and out like cattle - quick judgement, no listening or trying to understand what’s going on. Contradicts what anyone else has said if you go for return visit.  Return visit is pointless because you get a different person with opposing opinion that ignores the diagnosis of the last person.

Awful urgent care experience. Over 3 hours and still waiting. No one bothering to update those of us sitting here but jumping up for those who have an appointment. I have been a patient for over 6 years and followed my primary care doctor when the practice moved to this location. Utterly disappointing.

We have used this urgent care on a couple of occasions over the years when seeing the PCP wasn't possible on such short notice/after hours and a trip to the emergency room wouldn't have been necessary...we have been happy with the cleanliness of the facilities and felt that we could trust the quality of care. It's good to know this urgent care is close to home should we need it again in the future.

Unfortunately this location is closest to my house. Every time I come here for urgent care I wait for at least 90 minutes. You’d think after all the bad reviews they’d step it up a notch? MLH please don’t comment with a phone number I can call- I don’t need you wasting any more of my time.

The place is clean and everyone was nice but they wasted our time and most likely money as well.  I called and explained my daughter might have broken her leg and asked if it was worth going there. They said yes and if it was broken they would refer us to an orthopedic surgeon. Her leg was in fact broken and 12 hours later we saw the surgeon who then told us she should have seen a pediatric orthopedic surgeon. So now we're off to CHOP or Dupont which is where we should have went from the beginning.
