On the phone - rude! 
The last two times I called, I didn't even make the appointment yet, they were rude from the very beginning and they like to hang up on people!

Patient with high medical needs in state licensed group home. Need specific guidelines for anything they request us to do. When asking for clarification on instructions I gave them 2 weeks to reply, then went into office to find out what the communication issue was. Now I learn that the office called and complained that my client is "not thier only patient." WOW!!! NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS OFFICE AT ALL! The area for their blood work cannot even fit an individual that utilizes a wheelchair my client had to have their blood drawn in front of three other patients in the waiting room because they could not provide the services and privacy that he was deserving needless to say he's changing doctors I would not recommend this office to anyone with high medical needs
