I have rented from Robbie B. for the last 3 years and it was honestly a great experience, he provided me with all the tools required to live a comfortable life while renting in the bangor area. Robbie will go above and beyond to keep you happy as well as safe when you are one of his tenants. A great company all together and an even better leasing agent!

The worst renting experience of my entire life. Robbie moved my boyfriend and I into a VERY unsafe/unfit apartment. They were very difficult to work with. Often times my messages/phone calls were ignored. The receptionist has zero mannors. I will steer not only renters away from this company, but property owners as well. They are NOT making a good name for themselves. I was blocked from their Facebook page (for no apparent reason). I assume they are trying to keep me quiet about our experience. I’m SO GLAD we don’t have to do business with them anymore. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! I feel sorry for the next tenants. You couldn’t pay me to rent from them again.

UPDATE: We were NOT evicted! We left because they were unable to provide a safe living environment after numerous chances to do so. It wasn’t until we contacted code enforcement that they threatened to evict us. Please beware.

After spending a year at one of MREM's properties, I've had no complaints during my entire stay. Help was always available when I needed it and the staff was friendly and professional!

Honestly, I don’t know how our rental experience could have been any better. Robbie B. and the rest of the staff at MREM are outstanding professionals. They were responsive, courtious and honest. Always! This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Without hesitation, I would recommend their services and will use them again if the need arises.

Worst place ever heard nothing but bad stories about management not fixing things, ignoring calls, making false claims, the list goes on. Highly don’t recommend they aren’t worth your money theirs nicer places out thier for better prices !!
