Friendly staff and very large room. Stayed here for three nights on vacation and was happy overall. The whole place is very humid and smells old and musty. I understand its a beach town but there are remedies for that...

The staff is friendly, the room was nice. Everything was as expected. A little surprised by breakfast, limiting selection.

The breakfast was very good and everything about the room other than that it was extremelybhumid because one of the air conditioners was broken. We told the desk clerk about it, and after saying it would be fixed, it didn't get fixed.

Very dirty, smells like mildew, housekeepers don't change the sheets or clean anything. Very unpleasant.

First off, a really nice room. The price was right, especially considering I got it around the holiday. Has everything you need. The shower was nice and the bathroom was very clean. 
The only problem (which is why my rating isn't higher) I had with it was that I came across roaches in the kitchenette area. I guess where there's food, they hang out at. As soon as I had food there the roaches came out. 
If they can control their roach problem, I would give this place an outstanding rating.
