My husband and I just bought a 2015 Mercedes Benz C300 from Mainstreet Auto Group. It was the best experience that we have ever had without a doubt. In our opinion there's no better place to buy a used car. You really need to check this place out if you are looking for a used car.

This is the best used car lot i have found in slidell la . The service there was excellent they helped me pic the right car to suit my needs. I plan on shopping there again in the near future thanks to the guy at Richardson wholesales .

My aunt purchased a car from Richardson wholesale LLC on Saturday 9/19/16. Yesterday, 9/18/16 she had to have the car towed on a trailer back to the dealer. The car would not accelerate over 40 mph nor would it shift into reverse. My aunt made several attempts to contact the dealer, but was unsuccessful. I then attempted to contact him using a 985 area code which was the same as his and finally received an answer. I explained to him the problems we were having with the car and I was asked did we check the transmission fluid? In addition, I was told that she may can take the car to a mechanic. After shelling out a whopping 5500 my aunt should not have to take this car to a mechanic to be told what the dealer pretends not to know in regards to the car. I was shocked that he told me this. I told him no, we didn't check the transmission fluid, we will not take the car to a mechanic and that he was so concerned about the tire pressure that he gave my aunt 100 dollars back but he didn't think to check the transmission fluid prior to us purchasing the car. My aunt has taken a huge loss in the last month. She was affected by the south Louisiana flood and has lost everything that she owns.  This is really disheartening to be sold a junk used car when you're only trying to pull your life back together to provide for your family. According to Richardson wholesale statement posted on a website they provide all information on the cars they sale, which according to Louisiana lemon laws they are required to do so, but this wasn't the case.

However, I was told that they do not check the cars out they only sale them which was really hard to believe. I've demanded my aunts money back.  She returned the car. My hopes are for her to find another nice used car without major problems from a replicable dealer, not trying to misuse potential buyers, especially after facing such difficulty in south Louisiana. It's a shame that there are people out there trying to take advantage in such trying times for others. The dealer told me god bless me and to have a nice day, but we all know god doesn't bless mess and he was no where in the middle of this transaction, had he been the dealer wouldn't not have sold this junk.

If I could rate this dealership a 0000 I would.  First of all I call wanting to find out about a truck the had for sale and the owner answers the phone.  He did not have a good attitude, so I asked him "is this truck still for sale?" he responded "yes it is would you like to buy it in the most arrogant, rude way.  So I said "man why are you talking to me like that I could be a potiential customer."  "He responded yeah I'm eating dinner would you like to buy or not?" I thought customer service was supposed to be the #1 priority.  They are not getting one dime of my hard earned money.  They shouldn't even be in business with an attitude like that.
