Not sure anyone knows what they are doing at the billing department. My wife had chemo at Benesse Oncology, scans and surgeries at Major Hospital. Of course there were multiple bills. She was paying them as they were received and must have overlooked one. We received a call from a collection agency. She called MHP billing department and requested they combine all bills and gave them our checking routing number so they could automatically deduct monthly payments.We again received a call from a collection agency which we just went ahead and paid even though MHP had our routing number for automatic deduction. She had to go back to have outpatient surgery performed and was going to pay our portion but they told her we had a credit so they could not accept anything. Low and behold, a few days later we got another call from the collection agency. According to the employee at the collection agency we are not the only ones who have had this issue. At that point I asked wife to call and get an itemized invoice for everything that has been billed and all payments made. That was two weeks ago and we still have not received anything. In addition to this review i am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I really didn't even want to give them 1 Start but had to in order to submit.
