Tavern on the Hill. Excellent pop-up tavern for Canada's 150. We watched the sunset while enjoying a beer and listening to live music. They only have hot dogs but they was a wide selection of toppings and they were very good.

It all depends on the day and what you are doing... Tulip festival, great. Canada, great. Photographer trying to catch the Parliament Buildings, great. Other events, great. Otherwise it's just an average downtown park. The views of the river etc are the best part and make it worth a visit.

Gorgeous views. Lots of beautiful flower beds. Fun and educational statues and signs. I would recommend using the cities tourist app and learning even more about the history behind the many statues featured in the park.

Can't say more how much I love this park! perfect view and you can pass through the park from the museum of fine arts (national gallery of art) and the parliament.
