I am new to the Cumming area and looked online for salons in our area. I am always so apprehensive because I’m rather picky when it comes to my hair— I’m the one that brings many pictures of what I want done... I booked my appointment online for Melissa based off of her reviews through Google, again, a little nerve wracking. After my appointment, I can honestly say that Melissa did a phenomenal job on my cut and color. She took the time to really understand exactly what I was aiming for and not only that, but she was very personable too! She explained every step of what she was doing to ensure it was going to be exactly what I wanted. She will definitely be my only “go to” hairstylist and I will recommend her to anyone! Thank you, Melissa!!! I appreciate your work and most importantly, my husband loves it!

So based on all the reviews, I decided to give this place a try and walked into the salon to see if anybody was available to do a keratin treatment with a color change. All the stylists were busy, so that was a good thing, meaning to me that the stylists are good. So I decided I would wait for someone to be done, and meanwhile I wanted to grab a cup of coffee, now this is where all the disgust comes in, the cups were disgusting, the whole place was so dusty and dirty, and the trash can was full to the top early in the morning!!!! So I left the cup where I found it I was going to drink anything with that! So then I went to the restroom and another disappointment with the hygiene, I didn’t even use the restroom I just walked and told them I will not be back to such a dirty place.! I’m sure probably the stylists are really good, but I will not give my money to a place that doesn’t even care about the hygiene of their personnel and guests. The only thing that I was satisfied with is how nice and friendly the stylists were with me and with each other , it was obvious they enjoyed working with each other, but cleanliness comes first and foremost to me, so I’m disappointed !!!!

The place is very well put together and has very pleasing service. The stylists were very helpful in getting my hair to look as best as possible. Kirill’s service was ultimately the best.

This place is amazing. Kirill, the owner, is extremely friendly, and he knows his way around a head of hair. He's given me multiple different styles, and there hasn't been an instance where someone didn't compliment me after the fact. Another stylist, Victoriya, cut my girlfriend's hair, and she was incredibly pleased with the result. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Love this Salon! I highly recommend Terra! She is an amazing stylist. She takes her time and does a fantastic job. Cut or color she is a must see! My hair was transformed when I left the salon!
