I have been coming to this office for over 10 years. I have also recommended a significant amount of other's to do the same.  There's not much I can say about Dr. Makandura because I always see Sandra the PA, she's actually the reason why I continue to come to this office. Sandra is amazing at what she does, she is extremely polite and very thorough with her examinations. If you are looking for a doctor that has excellent bedside manner and is always going to have your best interest in mind, I highly recommend coming to this office because of Sandra the PA. Unfortunately I wish I could say the same for the front office staff. They are usually rude and unapproachable, their telephone communication skills have plenty of room for improvement.  Hold times are to the excess and the mannerism in which they speak to you is very unprofessional. I continue to come to this office solely because of Sandra the PA and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional good provider. Thank you Dr. Sandra for providing excellent patient care.

This use to be a great office I've been trying to make an appointment for a while like a couple of months to be exact and keep getting put on hold  every time I call and when I stay on hold I've waited 1hr-2hrs I'm switching Drs I could go to the e.r. faster and get seen quicker this is total b.s.  I wish I could give no star review

Dr Mak has been my doctor for many years.  He and his staff are awesome!!

I question this man's doctorate degree. I wouldn't even give him a star. All the reviews about him are lies. He does not answer your questions fully but asks you the same questions over and over as if he forgot your answer the first time. Plus, a professional doctor would know if you have had labs done or not and would know your chart before walking in to say hello to you.
