My husband and I decided to do a long overdo date night. Dinner and a movie, find a babysitter enjoy a nice meal get to the movies around 9pm and the power goes out 10 minutes into the movie. They offer everyone a voucher to see the movie the next day. I was able to see the movie the next day around 3 which is matinee hours why wasn't I compensated for the difference in price. I burn gas coming back the next day and I wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience not even a popcorn and I was told by the manager Chris he was only obligated to compensate for the movie nothing more. Very poor customer service

Has been updated. Nice they serve beer and wine but should have alcohol for mixed drinks. Seems the last time I was there there was no one using parking lot for a gathering place as it once was. Pleasant experience. Would be nice to have Valet Parking!!

Love the Paradiso! Hands down my favorite theater in the city. Lots of screens, and they tend to get special showings and limited releases that we don't typically get around town. Throw in the new IMAX screen and it's nearly perfect. Love those new seats! My only gripe is the concession prices, but that's everywhere. Also, the arcade is nice and has a solid Dance Dance Revolution machine.

The sound systems are top of the line, and the screens are above average. The seating is comfortable enough but not particularly spacious. You can order wine and beer, which is a cool option. The building itself is beautiful with its columns in the front and a fountain inside.

Saw Black Panther on the IMAX screen, saw it last weekend with Dolby Atmosphere surround sound. We managed to sit in the center but we were below the mid-level of the screen. It was stunning but you really need to be sat in one of the seats around the focal point to get the best experience and most of the seats are not. Get there early.
