Worst front desk staff ever. If you have a question they feel requires some work or research, they pass you off to the next person down the line with a new phone number for you to call. And it's like that for the entire hospital. I tried to simply request my kid's shot records be transferred to their  new doctor 3 states away and they just straight up refused to release them to me or their new doctor. Absolutely rediculous! So glad we got out of that horrid place.

The most rude and unhelpful front desk! Laziness at its finest! They do not help you even though they can!! Everytime I have to go there, the front desk is rude, unprofessional and unhelpful! They need to get more kid friendly staff! Thank you, you're welcome, hello and how are you doing is not in their vocabulary! 
I AM ONLY TALKING ABOUT THE FRONT DESK! 
The nurses and doctors are fine. It ruins everything for everybody going there!

We've been going here for almost six years and it hasn't gotten any better. 
Today we went to our appt that we had scheduled for almost two months and they cancelled it, saying they called but I never received it. Next available appt time is in November. Yeah no thanks....not worth the hassle anymore.

The worst ever! Wrong diagnosis and waited 4 and half hours with my 4 month old in a waiting where people coughing and sneezing i had no where else to go with my baby we had to sit amongst the germs.!!!
