At Malenka Originals, we’re passionate about transforming unwanted, outdated furniture into contemporary, beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces. And we’re also equally passionate about helping and teaching others to do the same.

Along with selling select pieces of refreshed furniture, Malenka Originals is the Ottawa stockist for Chalk Paint™ by Annie Sloan, along with other products for refreshing furniture.

Malenka means "little one" or "darling" in Ukrainian. The name is in honour of owner Katrina Barclay's grandfather who called her 'Malenka Katrina'. Daniel Skibo was a master French polisher and antique restorer in Calgary, Canada, and largely the source of Katrina's passion for restoring furniture.
