DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I purchased a camera through a phone order, and two weeks later when I hadn't received my camera, I called. I was told my order had been "upgraded" to FedEx delivery. By then I knew this wasn't a legitimate business. I contacted my credit card company and fortunately, received a full refund. I don't know how this site is still up, but please don't waste your time and money on this site.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR WEBSITE! Similar treatment as others have expressed. Essentially, they stole $400 dollars from me. All of this transpired in 2 months. This is what happened: I purchased a camera for $318 with a 5% discount. They called me and said it was actually $399.99 and he couldn't honor the 5% discount either. He told me some lie about why the pricing changed. I was hesitant so he manipulated me and said that the price was still better than anywhere else but he will just cancel the order and pretended to be disinterested in my sale. I fell for it, because I was naive. Took forever to receive camera. Camera didn't seem legitimate. I sent it back for a refund. They told me I needed to include a $60 restock fee in the form of a bank check. I was naive and fell for yet another tactic. Got an email saying they received my return and the refund would be processed in 3 days. They never refunded me. They kept giving me a run-a-round for a month saying: "Oh, you'll get this refund on your account in 3 weeks," or, "you'll get it today," and, "you'll get it on Friday." So yep! They stole $400 dollars from me. This is a horrible place. HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY. Filed a complaint with the FTC. I also pursued legal action through my Bank to get my money back, and so if you read this and it was too late for you, there's actions you can take to remedy this and help put these guys out of business. I hope other people before me pursues action, too, so this stops. Please take the 5 minutes it takes to file a FTC complaint (search file a consumer complaint with FTC and it takes you right there to do it, or you can call them directly), and make sure to contact the creditor you worked with to purchase these products with. My feeling is that the FTC can turn this into a lawsuit since there's clearly enough people who have been/continue to be victimized, and put this company out of business.

Absolute scam. I bought a camera from them, they didn't ship it for 2 weeks. They called me back and wanted to confirm my shipping address, then told me that the camera doesn't come with a battery or a charger (?) and that I have to pay extra for it. Went HARD on trying to sell me that, and I was just confused as to why it didn't come with this stuff or mention this anywhere on the site. Originally said I was fine with still receiving the camera, but wasn't going to pay extra for a battery. Called back less than 2 minutes later asking for a cancellation of my order, and they told me it "was already cancelled". Very very shady. Avoid.

I always do my research first on a company but this time I didn't. I came across a great deal for Sony A7R II for $2850 and they had a Black Friday coupon so i placed an order on 11/24. Sure enough, the coupon was applied and I felt like I made a great deal. I get a call from Malibu (the guy was just rude) and asked me if I wanted a battery for $189 and I said OK. Well I got a new Invoice and they charged my card $3200!!! I didn't authorize this..I give them a call asking for the order to be cancelled and the guy rudely lies it was shipped. He says the cheap camera was Chinese and this one was US so it was a steal deal for $3200. A week has passed and I never got a tracking number. Keep calling and i get the run around. Lastly I was told it'd be here by the end of the week, I call on Thursday (12/8/16) and they said "you said you want to cancel the order so it's on hold at shipping". I asked if I get my full amount refunded and he said "well all returns get 15% restocking fee". WHAT?! This is not a return it's an item that never got shipped. I asked for the item to be shipped and he said it'd be here by 12/12. Sure enough, Monday comes the camera never comes and I finally talk to someone after calling 5-6 times. The guy says "you no longer want it right? Let me see what happened to the shipping" and he hang up. I think they NEVER got this in stock...they lie to customers the item is shipped...when you call to cancel they hold 15% of the value and they make money by never having anything in stock and just cancelling order and keeping the fee. I'm about to dispute this with my credit card...what a hassle. DON'T BUY from them....smells like a scam...Very rude and they don't deserve anyone's business. Let's make sure we all complain to BBB as well as people read reviews there too...What a way to kill my Holiday mood...

DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!! I ordered a NEW camera and was shipped a used one. Been trying to get my money refunded for over two months - no response from them until I engaged by credit card company. For piece of mind and quality - order from a known company even if the cost is a bit more. HUGE lesson for me.
