Kelly did an outstanding job getting a case dismissed for me. I used another attorney for 4 months and that attorney charged me $2500 and didn't even get the evidence requested before he signed a request for trial. That attorney then wanted to start charging me $300 per hour to represent me for a crime I didn't commit. Luckily, I found Kelly Mallard and he agreed to represent me for less than $1000 even if it went to trial. The prosecutor wanted me to plead guilty to a lesser crime, pay a fine, and get unsupervised probation. I wasn't willing to do that since I hadn't committed any crime. Kelly supported me and convinced the prosecutor to drop the case altogether. I strongly recommend Kelly Mallard. He has lots of integrity, kept me in the loop and didn't forget what we had already discussed. If I ever need a lawyer in Idaho again, he will be my first choice.

Kelly is the smartest and hardest working criminal defense attorney that I know. He's honest, tough, compassionate and brilliant. He is the lawyer we go to in our church in criminal matters. He has come through, taken low cost payments and offered brilliant representation. He knows his stuff inside and out. I have seen him take cases that other lawyers plead out on that he wins. When it comes to criminal matters, he is simply the best. If you get busted-HIRE THIS GUY!!!!!
