I never thought I'd have to use an attorney; I figured I could handle things on my own. All of the stories I'd heard from others was "I never talk to my attorney, it's always someone else", or "They never return my phone calls" or "My attorney has all these commercials on TV, but it's like a meat-market there and I'm not really even sure who my attorney is". You can imagine it can be a trying experience even deciding to use an attorney; then comes the stress of finding one that will actually look out for YOUR best interest - not theirs! I chose Maloney & Campolo for the reputation of what other firms did NOT offer -- GOOD attorneys that have years of experience in both trial and civil cases, they don't mess around, and most important - they CARE! From start to finish, Attorney Paul Campolo, had my back. Paul is personable, has a great sense of humor and makes the entire process less stressful than I've heard others complain about. Yes, these are traits that come in handy when you are dealing with medical bills, tests, surgeries, etc. Most important though, was how thorough and attentive this law office is. Each person has a part to play and provides the same level of respect. I cannot even begin to tell you how happy I was with the entire process - including the awesome settlement that was a challenge from start to finish. Each county is different and knowing this makes a HUGE difference in the outcome of your case. That was not something I'd ever known. To have an attorney explain every detail in a way that one can understand, makes a big difference. If you are like me and weren't sure how to pick an attorney; want an experienced, personable attorney that will not rush through your case, and will do the utmost to win your case in an HONEST, ETHICAL manner - then the Law Offices of Maloney & Campolo are the ones to choose. Although I did not work with Tim Maloney, I can promise you he is the same type of attorney.

Paul Campolo took on my case after my Nissan Versa was rear-ended by an F250 pickup on the interstate. The accident broke my neck and I was most definately overwhelmed by all of the paperwork, bills and debt collectors. Paul and his staff worked in my behalf to not only get the insurance claim worked but also to get my medical bills lowered. The money I received was significantly more than if I had handled everything on my own. I was able to pay all of my bills, get a new car and put some into savings as well. I would use Maloney & Campolo again or recommend them to anyone.

The Maloney & Campolo Law Office took over my case, that had been being handled by another office in San Antonio. The communication was immediately night and day. They ALWAYS returned my calls, didn't seem "bothered" by me calling in and getting updates, or anytime information was going either to me or them. The office staff is friendly, helpful, polite, and always a pleasure to deal with. They made me feel like I was a priority. I know that they had some catch up to do, with the case in the order it had previously been pursued. I worked specifically with Paul Campolo, the partner at the firm. It never seemed like I had been passed off to a staff member or just anyone in the office. Paul is a great guy to deal with, he didn't beat around the bush, he makes time for you, talks to you like a person, not just number, and he didn't hesitate to clear up anything I wasn't completely understanding. The office works like a well oiled machine, and they do get results. I would not hesitate to work with them again, although, I hope to never be in another situation where I have to again. If you want a law office who will make you a priority, get results, treat you like a person, and get your case done with efficiency, don't hesitate to call Maloney & Campolo Law Offices.
