We order delivery frequently and have never been disappointed!  It's always hot and fresh and customer service is super friendly!  Sauce is impeccable, great cheese and the crust is to die for!  Awesome job!

Ordered from here several times now. First time I ordered online and they didnt see it until it was too late,  when I called they gave me an extra Stromboli to make up for it. The food was delicious so I have decided to try some other stuff and have not been disappointed yet. The food is always here early and tastes great!

I personally will never order from this place again after reading all the horrible posts from customers...when I was in high school I visited a little restaurant in Massillon called Sammy's, and the owner told us "The number 1 rule in a small business is that the customer is always right.".  He said that bad news is spread quicker and way more often than good news.  As far as the customer with the credit story, Mama Mia's should have delivered the correct order without making the girl pay for more food than she wanted or could afford, I don't care what your "policy" is, she ordered food, you messed it up, you should make it right, bottom line!!  My family owns a small family owned and operated company, we've been in business for over 30 years, and I've personally worked there for 11 yrs, we don't treat customers like that period, and that's why we have a successful company.  And yes Mama Mia's, bad reviews will make people stop coming to your restaurant, you really need to get your staff and service up to par, it's bad enough in this economy for a small business, bad word of mouth could be the end to you.

Ordered dinner tonight for the family. Ordered two calzones one with cheese only and one with pepperoni and cheese received two cheese strombolis. No big deal it's just how  the dough is folded. Called them to ask them to send out the pepperoni calzone and you would have thought I was asking for solid gold. I've never in my life had a company accuse a customer of being a liar. The person on the phone should not be in customer service. He finally agreed that they would remake it. But then called us back and told us that his team swears they made it correctly. This is how you know you're a failing cheap company when you can't afford the couple of cents it cost for pepperoni. I even offered to give back the wrong food or show them that it was made incorrectly. That's kind of unsanitary if they took the food back just saying but was willing to do it to prove that they didn't do it correctly. In the end I just told him to forget it but I'll never order from this company again and I suggest no one else does either. Very sad I feel bad for whoever the owner is but they have a right to know who is working for them and I'm sorry for leaving a bad review but unfortunately your employees represent your company.
