I came to Mama Mia's a couple of nights ago with some co-workers because that's where they wanted to eat and I had a good meal. I had the seafood paella which tasted good but was not a true paella nor served as described by the menu.

Tonight I went on my own and ordered the chicken parmesan. The meal was served on a cold plate, that is cold to the touch. The chicken was firm and cooked through, the sauce was a little bland and the pasta,  I believe was cool because of the cold plate.

My server was attentive and yet never did the two or three minute check in to see how my food was. I had eaten there two years ago and had not returned because of the same reasons and will likely not go back.

It's not that the food is bad,  I can cook Italian food better at home and I'm a German.
