Oh the bread.  Ah.  Good.  Indeed their loaves are very high quality and of course always freshly baked, and often warm.  Their sourdough is nice and tangy, and there is a super cranberry and herb bread as well.  This is our go-to bakery for bread in Winchester, and we are sad when we need to shop but it is closed.

I heard about this bakery two days ago and had to stop by to try a few things. I got some breads (a brioche loaf, an artisan sourdough bread, a baguette) and some viennoiseries (croissants and pains au chocolat) Everything was delicious. I got the chance to meet Mamadou, the owner and he is so kind and friendly. I will definitely come again. If you're ever in the area (Winchester, MA) stop by and treat yourself to some baked goods. They're made fresh daily and you can see the bakers working behind the counter. The aroma of freshly-made bread welcomes you when you walk in. I went, I ate, I loved. I will be back. I just found out that they recently opened a second bakery in Arlington, MA and I look forward to visiting it soon.

I stopped by the other day to get some croissants after reading other reviews. They were not out yet, so I went back today and I was lucky! I tried the plain, almond and chocolate croissant (Idk if they have another variety), they were delicious!! After eating this I realized that the ones I've been eating in other places are made of air. You can taste the butter and the dough is very flavorful. The place itself is not fancy or nicely decorated but the smell you get once you open the door tells you a lot about the products. I drove about 20 minutes to get there and it totally worth it. Definitely gonna go back again.

UPDATE: went again for bread this time - and also croissants ;) the bread is very tasty and they have pretty wide variety. This place is definitely gonna be my favorite bakery.

The croissants are to die for! But get there early if you want one cause they go fast. I've also had the sourdough and multigrain bread, both of which were amazing. The service is so friendly and it always great to support a local business that creates such an incredible product.
