Located in front of Old Main at 128 E. College Ave., Mamma Mia's was first founded in 1917 in Calabria, Italy. It is our sole location in State College, allowing us to focus on consistently using only the freshest of ingredients and serving the local area with great zeal.
Our Chef, Massimo Napoli, is the only chef in State College that was born, raised, and professionally trained in Italy, making us the one and only eatery in the area that serves truly authentic Italian food.
We here at Mamma Mia's are honored to present to you, age-old recipes that have been passed down to us from our families for generations. We also travel to Italy once a year to bring you our new ideas and creations, inspired by the ever-changing and evolving Italian culinary world.
